Neighboring Cart Gap, Happisburgh (pronounced ‘haze-bruh’) offers a perfect change of scenery and cliffs that take you to the sand in this part of Norfolk. Formed by coastal erosion, the sand is calm most of the time and is a good alternative to other beaches in the area.

You will find an 18th century tower which has served important purposes over the years, and is believed to be the oldest still in operation in England. It is possible to climb more than 100 steps and be rewarded with a great view of the sand and the village.
