Shadebush Farm House is one of the former 17th century. collections of farm buildings dotting the valley floor. Walk out the front door and you’ll be greeted by a distant view of the Golden Caps. Inside, the cottage has exposed beams, low ceilings and barn doors giving it a rustic charm, while the large enclosed garden is perfect for the dogs to run and play.

Dog Friendly Places To Stay On The Jurassic Coast

This beautiful bakery is close to Corfe Castle and retains many original features, including the remains of an old bread oven and baking equipment. With room for six people and two dogs, you can bring the whole family. From here, take advantage of the many walking routes, starting from the castle and ending the day in front of the bonfire.

This pet-friendly former tennis pavilion overlooks stunning Studland Bay. You can relax on the cottage porch with your four-legged friend and watch the waves. Dog-friendly Knoll Beach is less than a 30-minute walk away, where dogs are welcome year-round. Alternatively you can join the South West Coastal Path and walk along the coast to the town of Swanage.

If you want, hide away in this country shelter with two dogs. Located in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, you can explore the world-famous coastline with its dog-friendly beaches and endless walking trails. After a day of exploring, step inside to rest your weary toes in front of a roaring fire.

Golden Cap Estate is a former farm labourer’s cottage at the top of the hill. It overlooks the wooded countryside that gives way to the south Dorset coast. There’s an indoor park for pups to stretch their legs and 10 miles of golden caps on the doorstep.
