Salem, Massachusetts is historic, educational and fun! Salem has a fun, low-key side, but there are also lots of great historical sites to see and things to do. Unsurprisingly given the history of the Salem Witch Trials, they celebrate Halloween throughout the month of October! Salem is very close to the harbor, so it also has a rich maritime history. It’s also a dog-friendly city with plenty of dog-friendly restaurants outside!

The End”. Located at the top of Montauk Point, the historic Montauk Lighthouse is the oldest working lighthouse in America. The lighthouse is definitely worth seeing!
