Our Triple R Cabins feature eight different cabins along Mary’s Lake Road at the base of Prospect Mountain. One, two and three bedroom options are available, with the largest sleeping up to eight people. Guests have access to an on-site seasonal pool as well as a recreation room – both are complimentary to guests.

Choose from 16 different cottages and cottages at Lazy R Cottages. One, two and three bedroom layouts to choose from. Each chalet is uniquely decorated with a mountain chalet theme and large windows offering mountain views. Keep an eye out for wildlife like deer and elk, as they are often present on the grounds.
Timber Creek Cabins has 15 different cabins and cabins located along Fall River Road. Choose from one, two or three bedrooms, with the largest sleeping up to eight people. Guests have access to the hotel’s seasonal pool and lounge, both complimentary to guests. Enjoy beautiful views and hiking trails right outside your door.
At Sunnyside Knoll, guests can choose from standard suites, luxury spa suites, or spacious, self-contained cabins. Featuring 18 different cabins and staterooms, this property offers primarily one-bedroom options and some two-bedroom options. Each chalet is uniquely decorated with a mountain chalet theme, has large windows with mountain views and most have their own hot tub. Keep an eye out for wildlife like deer and elk, as they are often present on the grounds.

Located in the city of Lake Estes, the park offers pet owners beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lakes and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. The park is divided into two large areas with agility equipment and plenty of opportunities for kicking and playing.
Note: A $15 per dog/night fee applies with a maximum of two dogs. Dogs are accepted in certain units with prior authorization. No other animals are allowed.
