Traveling by sea from Luzon to Visayas or Mindanao? Pets and other animals (except critically endangered species) are allowed to be carried on board 2GO in appropriate conditions and accompanied by a certificate from the Department of Animal Welfare and an accompanying slip.
According to 2GO, dogs and cats of all breeds are allowed on board if properly restrained (strong, clean, kennel). Requirements include a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian within the last 10 days prior to travel, proof of rabies vaccination, and a transportation permit from the Bureau of Livestock.
